HOW WE OPERATE DURING COVID 19
We get a lot of questions about our how things are working at HIbachi House now. Below are listed our COVID 19 operating procedures.
COVID 19: Masks (covering nose and mouth) are required when not seated at the table. For the safety of our customers and staff masks are enforced. All dine in guests are required to sanitize their hands upon entering the building.
Parties will be sat apart for each other to maintain social distancing. We ask customers to keep 6 ft apart from other people while walking around the restaurant.
We will be using disposable paper menus and cleaning and sanitizing the tables and seat after each use. We will have hand sanitizer available for anyone that would like to use it. As always, we are committed to cleanliness but with more vigor than ever. Please give us a call if you want to talk about any safety precautions in more detail.
CURBSIDE PICKUP/CARRYOUT: We will continue to do curbside pickup for the foreseeable future. Some customers are not ready to dine in and we totally understand. Our back two parking spot will continue to be designated for curbside pickup.
WAITING FOR YOUR TABLE: We are not able to have anyone wait for their table in the building. You are welcome to wait outside of the restaurant or in your car, whichever you prefer. Let us know when your whole party is present ready to be seated. We still cannot seat incomplete parties
CAPACITY: We are allowed to have 44 customers in the building at a time. WE HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU MAKE A RESERVATION! Since we are working with limit seating we will fill up quickly.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION: Give us a call us during operating hours at (248) 266-6055. Please do not message us FB or google to make a reservation.
PARKING: Our two parking spots located at our back entrance are designated for curbside pickup only. Downtown Rochester has graciously offered FREE PARKING at any city parking spots through Sep. 30th!! We ask that you utilize those parking spots.
MENU: Our grills are back in action! We will be serving most of the hibachi menu and a limited sushi menu. Miso soup and Ginger salad are back! Please check out our website for our updated menu.
